Rivers Network

Sharing Knowledge - Raising Awareness - Bridging River's Advocates

Eric Tilman
Founder and Webmaster

Eric is a Civil Engineer and Hydrologist. He has got a large field experience working in many river basins and watersheds in the world.

Confronted to the reality, each river basin, each watershed is, to a certain extent, specific in terms of human and physical context  and in terms of political, strategical, legal and institutional frameworks. But listening to what is happening elsewhere is essential.

riversnetwork.org  aims therefore at sharing knowledge, raising awareness and bridging the river's advocates
